Microsoft Pro Photo tools for geotagging photo’s. It’s free, but no mac version. Mac user can buy expression media pro and get similar features. The iFi wireless card can also use WiFi for tagging. Microsoft also has PhotoSynth
Lenovo and Microsoft team up for the W700 photographers laptop. It has a built in Wacom tablet.

You are absolutely right about DRM… it is pointless…
Over 2 hours!!! I thought something was wrong when I first downloaded the show. I have a very long commute and finally pulled it over to the ipod. If I didn’t have so much time in the car I don’t know if I would have listened to such a long show. C’mon Gavin, you could have edited the DRM portion way down….way…way down.

I totally agree with NO DRM opinion. My company bought a license of MAYA(3d effect software) this was a couple of years ago its was about 40k Dollars since we had it on many work stations. none of the versions worked guess what we had to do? Go online and download the crack since thats the only way it would work.
SO yes DRM is point less.
I have to agree with Alex, no one wants to hear people argue for that long. Something like that is better off in the forums. It’s the first podcast I ever fast forwarded.
Love the roundtables though… keep them up!
Keep it in the forums. I can’t think of one person that likes to rant and rave without getting into a fight. Although we’ve never taken photos of fights, I don’t think I’m interested.
